Ramen Ingredients

Today, I made ramen and I am going to tell you my experience at the Asian grocery store. I am also going to tell you what some of the ingredients are in the ramen. I hope you enjoy!

First, we got to the Asian grocery store and looked for the ingredients. We kind of got sidetracked because there was a whole section of  Pocky! Then, we got all of the ingredients.

These are the best noodles to use when you make the ramen!

This is the pork

The pork was one of the best parts of the ramen! We also ran into some cool things at the store.

 This is huge!
It's bigger than my face!

I was kind of scared of the fish

That was crazy. Here are some more pictures of what the ingredients are.

This is Dashi Kombu

This is soybean paste white type

These are fish flakes. They were hard to find.

This is Ozeki Sake on the left, Sweet Cooking Sake in the middle, and Soy Sauce on the right

These are fish cakes

 Green onions

These are soybean sprouts

I hope you enjoyed my experience at the Asian Grocery store.

In the next blog, I will show you how I made the ramen.  See you next time!
